IMAP works …
Only after 7 days from my first post about IMAP option in google mail account, reading again their official blog, I realized that now I can use imap, it is active also for my mail account. Here is a small screenshot:

I hope that you remember my post about Wordpress Automatic Upgrade Plugin. Today, I have just used it again to upgrade my blog from 2.2.3 to 2.3.1. The update process went very nice, without any problem, so I can say only thanks to Wordpress Automatic Upgrade Plugin.

Reading the official google blog, I observed that they started to offer IMAP. It is a very good news, thanks google . I was curios and I wanted to see if in my case is already activated, but:

As operating system I have installed OpenSUSE 10.3 running the free version of Vmware Server 1.4 with some virtual machines: FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, Centos. I use it for simulations, numerical programming and also as main station at home for internet, office, mail. I also test different software and operating systems.

OpenSUSE: From 10.2 to 10.3
A few days ago, the OpenSUSE team announced the new release, 10.3.
This version comes with several new technologies, contains: KDE 3.5.7, GNOME 2.20, a new 1-click-install technology, out-of-the-box MP3 support, Compiz-Fusion, XEN, Qemu, VirtualBox, KVM, OpenOffice.org 2.3, some Yast modules redesigned. You can read more to official release announcement.
